PAVE Technology Co was founded in 1980. Its wire and connector hermetic seals are used in a very wide range of industries for low or high pressures or vacuums requiring helium gas tight seals or IP67 to IP69 seals. PAVE products feed through a sealed bulkhead either electrical or fiber optic signals without any detectable leakage of gases or fluids. This complete leak tightness performance includes ends of any insulated, shielded or stranded copper conductor wire, cable and/or pins. Major customers include:

All our customers require high performance and cost effective standard or custom designed gas and fluid tight hermetic seals.

PAVE seals use virtually any commercial or military specification insulated wires and/or connector pins sealed in our proprietary epoxy process for a wide range of low and high pressures and vacuums, temperature ranges from -60 to 150C or 200C and from small to large quantity applications.

PAVE can supply the o-rings dry without any Parker Super O-Lube or barium base Parker O-Lube grease. Most of our products using face-seal o-rings are dry and if an o-ring grease is used on the face seal o-ring, it is so noted on the drawing, otherwise if no grease is noted on the drawing the face seal o-ring is dry.

PAVE recommends Apiezon T high vacuum grease for most high vacuum systems where silicone based grease is not acceptable. Where the customer has very sensitive outgassing requirements, please check with the PAVE sales engineer to further assure the proper cleanliness is met by our product for your requirements.
