Vacuum Wire Feedthrough & Electrical Vacuum Feedthroughs

PAVE hermetic epoxy electrical signal and power wire feedthrough seals are used for both low and high pressures and vacuums to replace glass-to-metal or ceramic hermetic connectors by completely eliminating undesirable pin connections! 

PAVE designs completely eliminates the high labor cost and unreliability of soldering wires to pin connectors on both sides of the bulkhead.  There is no gas or fluid leakage whatsoever through the wire insulation or stranded conductors or any shielding of PAVE hermetic electrical cable feedthroughs.

All PAVE hermetic seals are also seal pressure or vacuum bi-directionally. Vacuum feedthroughs are rated for low and high vacuum up to 10^-8 Torr with very low vacuum helium leak rates 10^-8cc/sec or less.

Readily custom-designed feedthroughs are available with any type of bulkhead mounting style, NPT, face seal o-ring, Conflat or KF NW flanges, etc with any type of wire or cable and lengths!  PAVE electrical feedthroughs seal most types of gases and fluids. Also is used as subsea connectors sealing low pressure shallow water or deep water subsea connectors up 10,000 psi or higher pressures. Hermetic feedthrough designs can be made for temperatures as low as -200C or up to 200C.
