PAVE hermetic seals are bi-directional and will seal both pressure and vacuum in either or both directions. For pressures above 300 psi (20 bar), please check with the sales engineer if changing the pressure direction shown on the drawing.
Copper or brass threaded hermetic terminal seals are for the highest electrical ampacity or nickel, aluminum or stainless steel threaded or non-threaded rod pin hermetically sealed feedthrough terminals stud seals are available in a wide variety of styles both standard and custom designed for both low and high operating pressures, vacuums up to 10^-8 Torr, temperature ranges between -200C to 200C, voltages up to 32kV and amperages to 1000 amps.
